Listing Specialist - The Listing Specialist provides home sellers with information to help you determine the value of your home. We prepare a Marketing Plan which includes a Networking Action Plan that explains how we will expose your home to the greatest number of buyers and work to obtain the highest price in today's market place. Our Master Market Analysis Report is based on like-kind homes currently available for sale in the same or comparative community, homes recently placed in escrow, recently sold homes-- and most important--the subjective value we place on your property. Our team invites tough standards and we are accountable to you for our actions.

New Construction Buyer Specialist - This Buyer Specialist provides unique assistance to clients who wish to identify the right new construction home development. We can help identify the new home developments which meet your specific criteria, including the following: price, square footage, bedrooms, homeowner association rules & regulations, special assessments, schools, and potential design center upgrades. We save you the inconvenience of having to drive all over the valley looking for the right home by meeting with you to discuss and compare the various new home developments throughout the Coachella Valley and Palm Springs area.

Marketing & Advertising CoordinatorWe understand what it means to promote your home effectively.  We employ our proven marketing plan to ensure that your home receives the maximum exposure to the best possible audience.  Our marketing system includes our vast network of past and current clients, fellow real estate agents, referral and relocation companies, newspapers, magazines and of course extensive internet exposure.


Transaction Coordinator - Our Transaction Coordinator keeps you informed during escrow and expedites the closing process. We provide follow-up contract time lines, coordinate paperwork for inspections, disclosures, vendor liaison, loan process and lender liaison, and maintain on-going communication with you and the cooperating agent representing the buyer/seller of the contract,
all to ensure a stress-free transition to recorded ownership.
